Senior UI/UX Designer
Role Overview
We are building aHealthcare GCC Design Functionto support multiple global healthcare products and digital transformation initiatives. The Senior UI/UX Designer will designscalable compliant and accessible experiencesacross diverse healthcare applications delivered onweb mobile and emerging digital platforms.
This role requires:
Enterprise UX strategy
Complex workflow design
Design systems
Engineering collaboration
HIPAA-aware and accessible UX
You will act as adesign bridge between global product stakeholders and GCC engineering teams transforming business and clinical needs into intuitive safe and high-performance user experiences.
Core Responsibilities
1. UX Research & Discovery
Collaborate with global product owners SMEs and end users
Understand healthcare workflows and regulatory needs
Conduct remote research & usability testing

2. Experience Design
Design complex safety-critical workflows

Experience
610 yearsin UI/UX
At least3 years in enterprise product design(healthcare preferred)
Web & mobile experience
GCC exposure advantage
