In this position you lead the strategy architecture and operations of our Data and AI Experience Platform as well as our team of Platform Engineers and Architects. You ensure platform reliability cost compliance and vendor alignment while driving technical excellence and fostering a strong engineering culture. Acting as our go-to expert for critical challenges you coach engineers shape best practices and enable autonomous product teams through optimized architecture and self-service capabilities. You define standards and services which make it easy for your team to do the right thing while experimenting and building autonomy compliance security cost efficiency and reliability.
You lead through example continuously learning and experimenting with new technologies building solutions hands-on and coaching others. Create space and opportunities for team learning foster collaboration and confidently make informed technical decisions that inspire trust and growth. Adoption is your success currency and you constantly find ways in which your team can improve Monthly Active Engineers and Monthly Active Champions on your platform.
The location for this position is either Sandviken or Stockholm with a hybrid setup where you can combine office and remote work.
Were looking for someone with several years of experience in engineering and technology roles combined with some experience from leadership and people management. The ideal candidate has a background with at least one of the following roles: Data & Analytics Architect Platform Architect or AI Architect. Acting in a global environment calls for excellent skills in English verbally and in writing.
