As our new Manager of Solution Architecture & Programme Management you wont just oversee Implementation projects but design the blueprint for how our enterprise customers realise value. Sitting right at the intersection of technology commercial strategy and delivery excellence you will partner closely with Sales Product and Engineering to land strategic deals and continuously elevate our SaaS implementations. Set the gold standard: You are the ultimate guardian of delivery success. Youll ensure our enterprise projects consistently hit the mark on quality budget and timelines using best-in-class methodologies.
Executive sponsorship: Step in as the Project Sponsor for major Solution Design workstreams offering strategic oversight auditing and escalation support when it matters most.
Data-driven leadership: Keep a pulse on team performance and project health providing transparent metrics on customer satisfaction and delivery quality to the wider leadership team.
Solution Design Transformation & Value Realisation
Architect for impact: Own and refine our Solution Design frameworks ensuring that every implementation we do is scalable consistent and built for the future.
Prove the value: Move beyond just going live. You will build frameworks that clearly track and communicate the ROI our customers achieve throughout their journey with us.
Guide the change: Act as a strategic advisor for our customers helping them navigate organisational change and ensuring our platform creates meaningful lasting business impact.
Process Methodology & Innovation
Never stand still: Constantly iterate on our delivery methodologies to ensure they remain efficient scalable and perfectly tailored to a hyper-growth SaaS environment.
Automate and innovate: Pioneer the use of AI-driven tools and automation to strip away busywork allowing your team to deliver faster time-to-value without ever compromising on quality.
Scale the knowledge: Break down silos. You will build standardised playbooks and foster cross-regional collaboration to ensure our best ideas are shared globally.
Business Impact & Commercial Contribution
Bridge tech and revenue: Foster a strong commercial mindset within your team to spot upsell opportunities expand project scopes and drive new ARR through strategic solution positioning.
Win together: Partner closely with Sales and Sales Engineering to architect winning solutions for complex high-stakes enterprise deals.
Influence the product: Act as the crucial feedback loop between the frontline and HQ sharing implementation insights market gaps and innovation opportunities directly with Product and Engineering leadership.
Extensive experience in implementation consulting programme delivery or solution architecture within a tech or SaaS environment.
Proven experience from leading and growing senior customer-facing technical professionals such as Solution Architects consultants or Programme Managers.
Experience working in a high-growth SaaS or scale-up environment.
Strong track record delivering complex enterprise implementations or architecture engagements.
Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams and drive cross-functional collaboration.
Understanding of modern SaaS architectures integrations and APIs.
Familiarity with AI concepts and data-driven solutions with interest in applying emerging technologies to improve delivery efficiency.
