Job Summary
Your mission will be to enable the development and roll-out of INGs conversational banking AI - specifically on LLM as a judge capabilities - to strengthen INGs digitalization & support our 40 million customers.
The team
You will be part of the COO Analytics Tribe which delivers advanced analytics & artificial intelligence capabilities to all ING countries.
Specifically you will be part of a global squad you will be located in ING Netherlands. You will be part of a global team of specialists trained in using Artificial Intelligence and cloud tools (Google Cloud Platform). You will evangelize a data-driven methodology to keep conversational AI safe and compliant.
Roles and responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for delivering LLM As A Judge a capability to grow INGs conversational banking. You will play a crucial role in planning and steering delivery in a data-driven culture.
- Your day-to-day job will consist of interactions bridging business IT and analytics with regards to conversational data. You bring clarity in technical and analytical possibilities to keep our conversational banking safe whilst ensuring client experience.
- You have a proven background in analytics modelling and IT.
- You will be part of an Agile environment as member of a multidisciplinary team. Your colleagues have a rich background in data management data science and analytics both in IT and/or business.

- You are the product owner of a multidisciplinary analytics team to deliver.
- You have a good communication style and you build a collaborative relationship with your stakeholders.
- You lead the development implementation and communication of the roadmap.
- You manage and prioritize the backlog at the level of user stories derived from features epics and technical capabilities.
- You build and manage products with an end-to-end mindset including design implementation and operations.
- You understand client needs digitization and APIs bridging IT and business.
- You have analytical skills and take decisions based on data and facts.
- You work with Risk Compliance Model Risk Management and Legal stakeholders to make sure our products and services comply with regulations and policies.
- You are creative and an out-of-the box thinker who likes to work in a multidisciplinary team in an agile environment.
- You build and maintain relationship with third party vendors. This means that you are capable to drive next generation products together with your partners.
As a product owner you need:
- Master degree
- Minimal 5 years of working experience in applying analytics
- Experience in bringing (LLM) models to production creating measurable business impact.
- Experience with Conversational AI & data
- Proven experience in bridging and coordinating between Data Science Risk Business and IT.
- Professional working language is English. Dutch/French/Spanish/German/Italian are a plus.
- Agile/Scrum experience
- Experience with Google Cloud technology.
- Prior knowledge on the LLM As a Judge concept is a plus.
- To be able to influence and convince stakeholders based on analytical results.
- To be analytical: extremely curious constantly looking for an explanation; analysing sharply concise & to the point
