As an HR Business Partner you are a trusted advisor to the management teams of our business units. You play a key role in translating business strategy into strong futureproof people solutions. With a sharp eye for data relationships and organisational dynamics you help leaders make better decisions for their teams and the business.

What youll do

• Act as a strategic HR partner to management teams across the business

• Identify peoplerelated challenges and translate them into clear HR policies plans and actions

• Coach and support line managers in strengthening their leadership and HR ownership

• Analyse HR data (e.g. absenteeism inflow/outflow workforce metrics) and turn insights into action

• Lead and deliver HR projects such as succession planning learning & development organisational change employer branding and wellbeing

• Contribute to the development and implementation of central HR policies and tools

• Stay on top of internal and external HR trends and translate them into practical solutions

What you bring

• Bachelors degree (HBO) and solid knowledge of the HR discipline

• Around 5 years of experience in an HR Business Partner or senior HR advisory role

• Strong stakeholder management skills and confidence in advising leaders

• Analytical mindset combined with pragmatism and empathy

• Excellent communication skills in English (Dutch is a strong advantage)

• Comfortable working in a dynamic businessdriven environment.
