The role :

As an ICT Business Support Analyst your primary role is to analyse and review the organisations business processes services and information needs to identify opportunities for improvements. You will be instrumental in supporting the analysis of existing systems and applications fostering key relationships with users and stakeholders to source requirements and providing initial advice on technical issues and solutions.

You will document and validate business requirements contribute to business case development and offer analysis support. Your ability to understand and forecast business needs stay updated on technological changes and maintain trust with stakeholders is crucial in ensuring reliable and accurate information flows within the organization.

What you will bring to the role :

  • Proficiency in business analysis frameworks and methodologies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with an aptitude for dissecting issues and proposing effective solutions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely and collaborate with diverse stakeholders
  • Adaptability to changing technologies and business processes. Flexibility to stay updated and adjust to new advancements and evolving organisational needs
  • Presentation skills to effectively present findings reports and recommendations to various audiences in a clear and engaging manner

Key knowledge and experience

  • Demonstrated professional experience working as a business analyst or equivalent role
  • Strong understanding of Business Analysis frameworks and methodology
