Job Summary

HERS Advisors have partnered with a large full-service law firm who are looking for a Litigation Support Specialist to work in their Orange County California office (hybrid). The Litigation Support Specialist will provide support to litigation attorneys in all three of the firms offices during all phases of the litigation process from the initiation of a case during document collection and discovery and through trial and the appellate process.

Requirements for Litigation Support Specialist:

Bachelors Degree or Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-approved program preferred
5 years of electronic discovery experience with complex business litigation in CA state and federal courts
Proficient using database systems and legal software tools such as Relativity Opus and OnCue is required
Strong software skills and knowledge such as Adobe/Kofax Microsoft Suite
1600 billable hour requirement
