Job Summary

The Executive Assistant will provide direct high level support to the CEO ensuring priorities are managed efficiently and operations run smoothly. This role requires a detail oriented and composed professional who can handle multiple responsibilities while maintaining confidentiality and strong follow through.

You will serve as a trusted point of coordination between the CEO customers and staff tracking tasks through completion and helping streamline communication across the organization. The ideal candidate is proactive highly organized and comfortable working in a fast paced environment where reliability and professionalism are essential.



Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct administrative support to the CEO

Manage schedules priorities and ongoing tasks to ensure timely execution

Serve as a central liaison between leadership clients and internal teams

Track projects and follow ups through completion

Coordinate communications with professionalism and discretion

Assist with operational and administrative initiatives as needed

Maintain organized records documentation and workflows



Qualifications:

3 years of executive assistant or senior administrative experience required

Exceptional organizational and time management skills

Strong verbal and written communication abilities

High level of professionalism and discretion with sensitive information

Proven ability to multitask and manage shifting priorities

Reliable detail oriented and proactive

Comfortable interacting with both customers and internal stakeholders
