POSITION SUMMARY
The Florida Factory Support & Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for the daily operational supervision and coordination of Targetti USAs Florida production facility. This role ensures production readiness accurate order flow inventory integrity and consistent communication between the Florida factory and USA Operations Planning and Purchasing teams.
The position is execution-focused and structured to support Florida manufacturing operations through standardized daily and weekly processes. The role is designed to ensure continuity visibility and scalability of local production activities while supporting broader operational objectives.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
Factory Operations & Daily Supervision
  • Oversee daily factory operations to ensure facility readiness including utilities workspace safety and equipment availability
  • Coordinate daily production activities with on-site labor teams
  • Establish and communicate daily production goals based on active production orders
  • Perform regular on-site check-ins with labor to address issues verify SOP compliance and conduct basic quality checks
Production Planning & Visibility
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date production schedules using:
    • Physical factory whiteboard
    • Digital production tracker in Microsoft Teams
  • Ensure clear visibility of active orders production queue and expected Estimated Ship Dates (ESDs)
SAP & Order Management
  • Review new SAP orders daily related to Florida production
  • Update production locations from US10 to US15 for Florida-built fixtures and accessories
  • Communicate all order adjustments to CA Operations and Purchasing teams
  • Support accurate MRP planning through timely order updates and coordination
Production Readiness & Kitting
  • Ensure continuous production flow by maintaining:
    • A minimum of three prepared production order packets
    • At least one fully kitted order ready for immediate production
  • Oversee inventory input/output transactions related to production activities
Order Completion & Staging
  • Coordinate packing labeling and staging of completed production orders
  • Complete production order closure and costing processes
  • Notify USA Operations and Planning when orders are completed and staged for next steps
Inventory & Receiving
  • Receive inbound freight and materials
  • Verify shipment quantities and condition upon receipt
  • Support FIFO-based production flow and manage urgent material needs when required
  • Oversee weekly inventory stocking and organization activities
Shipping Coordination
  • Support shipping activities in coordination with USA Operations and Planning
  • Prepare documentation and staging for outbound shipments as shipping processes are defined
Weekly Responsibilities
  • Monday: Review and order factory and office consumables
  • Tuesday: Support pre-production scheduling and internal work order planning
  • Wednesday: Stock received materials and verify inventory locations
  • Thursday: Perform cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies with SAP
Ad Hoc & Cross-Functional Support
  • Participate in daily operations review meetings (schedule defined by Operations)
  • Communicate operational status risks and constraints clearly to relevant teams
  • Perform additional tasks as required to support production inventory and operational workflows

QUALIFICATIONS
Education & Experience
  • Bachelors degree in operations supply chain business or related field preferred
  • Minimum 35 years of experience in manufacturing warehouse or operations support roles
  • Experience working in a production or light assembly environment preferred
Technical Skills
  • Working knowledge of ERP systems (SAP preferred)
  • Understanding of inventory management kitting and production flow
  • Strong organizational and execution skills
  • Ability to coordinate between on-site labor and remote operations teams
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
Language Skills
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (required)

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

  • Compensation will be commensurate with the candidates experience and education with the expected salary for this role being $50000 per year.
