Job Summary
Hybrid role based in Orlando FL requiring onsite presence three days per week.
No relocation or sponsorship available; applicants must be local to Orlando FL or Savannah GA.

Job Summary:
- Lead and manage all business process flows during SAP ECC to S/4HANA migration projects.
- Act as primary liaison between manufacturing stakeholders and IT delivery teams.
- Translate existing processes into improved future-state workflows with SMEs.
- Lead and execute testing strategies including creating and validating test scripts.
- Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and go-live readiness.
- Facilitate working sessions and status meetings to ensure project progress and resolve issues.
- Manage project timelines and dependencies using Microsoft Project or similar tools.
- Identify and address process gaps risks and improvement opportunities.
- Support documentation and knowledge transfer to enhance long-term SAP capabilities.
- Apply strong hands-on expertise in SAP Production Planning (PP) Material Requirements Planning (MRP) Plant Maintenance (PM) and Customer Service (CS) within manufacturing settings.
- Leverage prior experience in SAP upgrades or major migrations.
- Ensure support for high-volume production and customer transactions.
