Job Summary
Description
The Project Manager will be responsible for planning managing and executing multiple projects simultaneously within our organization. This role is critical to ensuring that all project initiatives meet quality standards and align with the companys objectives. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational time-management and communication skills vital for coordinating cross-functional teams and external stakeholders effectively.
Responsibilities
- Plan manage and execute multiple projects simultaneously
- Develop project plans timelines budgets and resource schedules
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and external stakeholders
- Track project progress and adjust plans as needed
- Identify risks issues and dependencies; implement solutions proactively
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and organizational objectives
- Communicate project status milestones and updates to leadership
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reports
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with project management tools (Asana Trello MS Project or similar)
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Preferred / Good-to-Have Skills
- Experience in service-based nonprofit healthcare or food and amp; beverage environments
- PMP or other project management certification (a plus)
- Experience managing budgets and vendor relationships
