Job Description:

Lafayette IN Flexible Options

As a Home Health RN youll provide one-on-one care in the patients home. No call lights. No multiple patient assignments. Just meaningful care where it matters most.

Friday Sunday
Saturday Sunday

What Youll Do

Complete Start of Care and follow-up visits
Assess patients and update care plans
Educate patients and families
Coordinate with physicians and care team
Document visits accurately

What You Need

Active RN license
1 year of nursing experience
Reliable transportation and valid drivers license
Willingness to travel within Lafayette area
Ability to frequently lift push pull and support up to 50 pounds including positioning or transferring patients and moving equipment.
