Job Summary

Role Overview

This role is focused on delivering personalized data driven participant website experiences using Adobe Target. The specialist will design and execute experimentation and personalization strategies that drive engagement and adoption of new products for participants-employees of institutions that partner with Vanguard for retirement services.

Adobe Target experience is required. Candidates without Adobe Target experience will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design build and execute experimentation and personalization activities in Adobe Target including A/B tests Experience Targeting (XT) Multivariate Testing (MVT) and Recommendations.
  • Translate marketing and business requirements into Adobe Target activities ensuring correct creative setup targeting rules offers and success metrics.
  • Analyze engagement and behavior data to evaluate experiment performance and inform optimization recommendations.
  • Perform end to end QA and troubleshooting for Adobe Target activities including targeting logic data capture rendering issues and antiflicker behavior.
  • Utilize Adobe Analytics (including A4T) to validate experiment results troubleshoot data discrepancies and ensure accurate reporting.
  • Partner with WebOps CDAO and analytics teams to ensure proper data availability audience configuration tagging and compliant personalization.
  • Maintain operational processes including documentation SLAs launch readiness checklists and deployment workflows.
  • Support the setup and execution of Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) email web and mobile journeys ensuring audience readiness data consistency and cross channel message alignment.
Required Qualifications
  • Hands on experience with Adobe Target (core activities QA debugging and troubleshooting) required.
  • Strong experience with Adobe Analytics including A4T integration reporting and calculated metrics.
  • Experience with Adobe Launch Web SDK and data layer implementations to support targeting and data integrity.
  • Proficiency in HTML CSS and JavaScript for modifying validating and debugging Target experiences.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to diagnose data targeting or personalization issues.
  • Excellent communication skills and experience collaborating across technical and business teams.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) for email web and mobile journey orchestration.
  • Background supporting personalization and experimentation initiatives in regulated or enterprise environments.
  • Experience working with employee or participant facing digital platforms.
