Overview
The Lead Scrum Master will guide Agile teams to deliver maximum business value while fostering continuous improvement. This role involves close collaboration with Product Owners facilitation of Agile ceremonies and coaching teams on Agile practices and SAFe principles. The position also includes preparing and presenting Agile metrics (velocity burndown cumulative flow etc.) supporting PI Planning and ensuring strong team accountability and delivery discipline.
This is a net-new role supporting the Provider Duals Project with potential to convert to a full-time position.
