Overview

The Lead Scrum Master will guide Agile teams to deliver maximum business value while fostering continuous improvement. This role involves close collaboration with Product Owners facilitation of Agile ceremonies and coaching teams on Agile practices and SAFe principles. The position also includes preparing and presenting Agile metrics (velocity burndown cumulative flow etc.) supporting PI Planning and ensuring strong team accountability and delivery discipline.

This is a net-new role supporting the Provider Duals Project with potential to convert to a full-time position.

Additional Required Skills

5 years of experience as a Scrum Master (with SAFe certification)
Experience leading teams through PI Planning preparation
Ability to manage multiple Agile teams simultaneously
Knowledge of Agile leadership Agile software development/testing SDLC and project management
Proficiency with JIRA and stakeholder management

Preferred Skills / Nice to Have

Healthcare industry experience
Strong analytical and decision-making skills
Experience collaborating across mixed teams of contractors and FTEs

Education & Certifications

Required: Bachelors degree (Statistics Mathematics Engineering Computer Science or related field)
Required: SAFe Scrum Master Certification (or equivalent Agile certification)
