Role Overview

We are seeking a Contract Project Manager to support the sunsetting of a legacy patient feeding solution and migration to a new platform across hospital and acute care environments. This role will play a key part in ensuring a smooth transition while maintaining continuity of patient services and operational efficiency.

This position requires strong healthcare project management experience particularly within hospital or acute care hospitality settings.

Key Responsibilities

Manage project plans for the migration from a legacy patient feeding solution to its replacement
Coordinate cross-functional teams including IT clinical operations dietary services and vendors
Develop and maintain detailed schedules milestones risks and issue logs
Support data migration system configuration testing training and go-live readiness
Ensure minimal disruption to patient services during transition
Track and communicate project status risks and dependencies to leadership
Manage vendor coordination and implementation deliverables
Support post-go-live stabilization and issue resolution

Required Qualifications

5 years of project management experience
Healthcare industry experience is required with a strong preference for:
- Hospitals
- Acute care environments
- Healthcare hospitality or patient services
Experience managing application migrations or system replacements
Strong understanding of healthcare operational workflows
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience working on long-term programs with phased rollouts

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with patient feeding dietary or hospitality solutions in healthcare
PMP or equivalent project management certification
Experience working with clinical and non-clinical hospital stakeholders
