Job Description

Job Title: Test Analyst

Location: Phoenix AZ (Hybrid onsite up to 3 days per week)

Duration : 12 Months

Rate : $65 to $70

Role Overview

We are seeking a Test Analyst to support a fast paced large scale enterprise program. This role sits within the testing team and is responsible for leading and coordinating testing efforts across multiple applications and workstreams. The position is an individual contributor role that requires strong cross team collaboration.

Due to the nature of the program an onsite presence is required. Candidates must be based in the Phoenix area and flexible with a hybrid schedule.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate testing activities across multiple phases of a large enterprise program
Guide and actively participate in system integration and user acceptance testing
Partner closely with project managers workstream leads and business teams to align testing activities with program milestones
Identify track and drive resolution of defects risks and testing dependencies
Keep testing efforts on track in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities
Communicate testing status risks and progress clearly and consistently to stakeholders
Act as a collaborative leader who supports teams and drives outcomes without being overly process heavy

Required Experience and Skills

Strong background in testing with a solid understanding of QA methodologies
Experience supporting large complex software or ERP implementation programs
Ability to lead testing efforts without deep reliance on specific application expertise
Proven experience coordinating across multiple teams and workstreams
Strong organizational skills with a sense of urgency and follow through
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Project coordination or project management experience is a plus but not required Environment and Expectations
