Job Summary

Job Description: Pay rate: BR/hr.

Schedule Monday through Friday 7:30 - 4:00 PM CST

The Scale Operator is responsible for operating the scale in an accurate efficient manner with superior customer service. As a Scale Operator you will weigh and process inbound ingredients and outbound feed; Provide a high level of customer service by displaying courteous helpful knowledgeable interaction and behaviors. Running miscellaneous daily reports. Be an involved/engaged member of a team. Maintain the general appearance of the facility to include scale room office building breakroom etc. Ability to problem solve and make decision as needed. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Loading trucks in and out. Trucks bring in ingrediants which go on the scale to be weighed. Complete paperwork. Empty trucks into receiving pit. Use SAP system. Shipping and receiving experience preferred. Lifting up to 50Ibs on occassion. Indoor/outdoor work. Candidates must know they will be working in a feedmill environment. It can be hot/cold dusty and have different feed smells.

Must complete background check and drug test only.

Must have Steel toe boots.
