Job Summary
Sika is looking for an experienced Operator to join our growing team in Versailles Kentucky. At Sika the Operator will operate production equipment in a safe manner to produce parts to specification.
Key Responsibilites:
- Ensure equipment is setup/ functioning properly and notify Supervisor of any issues immediately including issues related to productivity safety or quality
- Work to a standardized process by following work instructions and procedures
- Follow latest revisions of all documentation
- Only perform work that you are fully trained to perform
- Do not perform any job assignments that you feel jeopardize the quality of product and notify Supervisor of any circumstance for clarification questionable feelings
- Read understand and follow all quality bulletins posted
- Identify & quarantine all suspect material
- Fill out all documentation & notices fully
Qualifications :
Qualifications/Experience:
- Work effectively with coworkers
- Frequently communicates to other operators
- Frequently walks kneels and stands
- Lift over 40 pounds
- Stand walk and climb stairs
