One of our clients is looking for 3 Robotics Engineers to join their team on-site in Warren MI.

Robotics Test and Validation Engineer Position 1

What You Will Do

Design and implement test plans to validate AI models and robotic systems.

Develop automated testing frameworks to ensure reliability and performance.

Analyze test data to identify and resolve issues.

Develop test frameworks including HIL and simulation-driven validation.

Define performance metrics for intelligent robotic systems.

Validate early prototypes with Robotics Intelligence.

Benchmark AI models with AI & Simulation teams.

Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications)

5 years of experience in robotics testing and validation.

Strong background in HIL testing and simulation environments.

Experience with safety monitoring and performance benchmarking.

Bachelors degree in Robotics Computer Engineering or related field.

Excellent analytical and documentation skills

Senior Robotic Ai-Perception Engineer - Position 2

What Youll Do:

Design develop and implement perception algorithms for segmentation scene understanding object detection

and localization classification dynamic tracking etc.

Integrate AI and computer vision algorithms with ROS (Robot Operating System) for real-time deployment on autonomous robots e.g. mobile manipulator.

Design and maintain cloud-based pipelines for data collection annotation preprocessing model training and evaluation

Collaborate with high-caliber teams of hardware engineers software engineers and domain experts to integrate with mapping motion planning and controls

Develop offline tools to test and validate perception models in both simulation and real-world environments.

Stay updated with emerging technologies and best practices in robotic perception and lead and participate academic/industrial collaborations.

Generate intellectual property document results and publish papers

Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications):

Passionate about robotics with a strong desire to accelerate the application of robotics with AI.

Masters or Ph.D. in Computer Science Electrical Engineering Robotics or a related field (or Bachelors degree with exceptional track record)

3 years of experience with a proven track record of developing and deploying AI/ML perception computer vision (e.g. mono and stereo cameras RGB-D event camera LiDAR etc) on robotic systems

Proficiency in Python or C with hands-on experience on deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch

Solid understanding of robotics fundamentals perception and navigation methods (e.g. SLAM planning) and their typical strengths & shortcomings

Sr. Robotics Data Engineer - Position 3

What You Will Do

Design and implement scalable data pipelines for large-scale robotic datasets (vision depth tactile force/torque).

Build infrastructure to support high-throughput data capture from real robots and simulation environments.

Develop and deploy semi-supervised / self-supervised data labeling workflows to reduce manual annotation cost.

Enable simulation-to-real (Sim2Real) data workflows including domain randomization and synthetic data generation.

Own data versioning metadata and dataset governance to support model training evaluation and regression testing.

Partner closely with Robotics Perception Grasping AI and Simulation teams to define data requirements and KPIs.

Establish data quality metrics that directly correlate with perception and grasping performance.

Required Qualifications

3 years of experience in data engineering machine learning systems robotics or related fields.

Masters degree in engineering Computer Science Data Science or equivalent practical experience.

Proven experience building production-grade data pipelines for ML/AI systems.

Strong hands-on experience with Python-based data tooling.

Experience working with large complex multimodal datasets.

Systems thinking mindset with strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
