JD:
5 to 6 years of Medical device Manufacturing experience (New Product Introduction - NPI)
Good experience in process development & process characterization
Good experience in Process Validations - IQ OQ PQ
Experience in test fixture design
Experience in PFMEA
Good knowledge in Statistical analysis using Minitab
Knowledge in various tools (DMAIC Gage R&R Cp Cpk SPC etc.) to analyze & improve manufacturing processes components & products.
Good communication skills
