Job Summary

Teachers Insurance and Annuity Association of America seeks a Corporate Strategy & Development at our office in New York NY: Monitor medium to long-term business trends/outlooks gathering competitive intelligence to contribute to strategic business planning discussions with leadership. Analyze medium and long-term capital expenditure and project approval decisions for impact to organizational performance. Review corporate governance balanced score card performance and participates in the annual business planning cycle. Identify and develop optimal revenue models sales/distribution channels pricing and new product development strategies to promote future success of the organization. Prioritize and track investments across new product development initiatives to ensure alignment with corporate strategy. Telecommuting permitted up to 2 days per Requirements: Bachelors degree in Economics Financial Engineering Finance or a related field and three (3) years of experience as a Corporate Strategy & Development Financial Analyst Portfolio Manager Risk Analyst or a related occupation. Alternatively the company would accept a Masters degree in Economics Financial Engineering Finance or a related field and 12 months of experience as a Corporate Strategy & Development Financial Analyst Portfolio Manager Risk Analyst or a related occupation. Anticipated Posting End Date:

Base Pay Range: $125000/yr - $150000/yr

Actual base salary may vary based upon but not limited to relevant experience time in role base salary of internal peers prior performance business sector and geographic addition to base salary the competitive compensation package may include depending on the role participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example annual discretionary incentive programs non-annual sales incentive plans or other non-annual incentive plans).
