Key Responsibilities
- Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement profit-maximizing sales strategies set annual/quarterly targets analyze market trends and conduct competitor analysis.
- Leadership & Team Management: Recruit train motivate and manage sales professionals; monitor performance and foster a positive team environment.
- Sales Execution: Oversee lead generation client engagement proposal development negotiation and deal closure focusing on project industrial and corporate segments.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
- Market & Brand: Develop and execute marketing campaigns represent the company at industry events and ensure brand awareness.
- Reporting: Provide regular sales and market reports to senior management.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in steel industry sales (TMT structural coils etc.).
- Strong understanding of steel markets grades and applications.
- Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Track record of achieving sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and data analysis.
- Ability to travel frequently.
