Job Summary

Job Description:
The Head of Sales for a steel manufacturing companydrives revenue by setting strategy leading the sales team managing key accounts and expanding market presence requiring deep industry knowledge strong negotiation and excellent relationship-building to achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction through effective market analysis campaign execution and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
  • Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement profit-maximizing sales strategies set annual/quarterly targets analyze market trends and conduct competitor analysis.
  • Leadership & Team Management: Recruit train motivate and manage sales professionals; monitor performance and foster a positive team environment.
  • Sales Execution: Oversee lead generation client engagement proposal development negotiation and deal closure focusing on project industrial and corporate segments.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
  • Market & Brand: Develop and execute marketing campaigns represent the company at industry events and ensure brand awareness.
  • Reporting: Provide regular sales and market reports to senior management.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
  • Proven experience in steel industry sales (TMT structural coils etc.).
  • Strong understanding of steel markets grades and applications.
  • Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and data analysis.
  • Ability to travel frequently.
