Huachuca Cochise County a population of more than 131000 people and our surrounding communities. Were comfortably nestled in the San Pedro River Valley 75 miles southeast of Tucson. Canyon Vista Medical Center was founded in 1963 as Western Baptist Osteopathic Hospital on what was then the eastern edge of Sierra Vista. Growth and advancing technology dictated building our new 177000 square foot hospital at 5700 E Hwy 90 completed in 2015.
How youll contribute
The Physical Therapist (PT) evaluates plans and delivers evidencebased physical therapy interventions to patients across acute hospital acute rehabilitation inpatient medicalsurgical and outpatient care settings. This role conducts comprehensive assessments develops individualized treatment plans and provides therapeutic interventions aimed at improving mobility strength pain management and overall functional independence. The PT collaborates closely with the interdisciplinary care team participates in discharge planning and educates patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safety strategies. This position ensures accurate timely documentation and maintains compliance with regulatory and facility standards while delivering highquality patientcentered care. Additional duties may be assigned as needed.

Applicants should have
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current Physical Therapy (PT) license in state of practice
- Basic Life Support certification is required
- Rehab or acute care experience preferred
