The Fiserv Corporate Analyst Program is a two-year early career development experience designed to accelerate growth in the fintech industry. Through two structured assignments within a designated business track analysts gain hands-on experience build professional skills and collaborate across teams to solvereal businesschallenges. What does a successful Risk Analyst do
A successful Risk Analyst at Fiserv supports risk management activities including risk assessment mitigation and monitoring. This role provides practical experience inidentifyingand managing business risks.
What you will do:
Conduct risk assessments and analyses.
Support the implementation of risk mitigation strategies.
Participate in risk monitoring and reporting.
Document and communicate risk findings.
Collaborate with risk management team members on various projects.
What you will need to have:
Recent graduate of a bachelors degree completed in December 2024 or after inBusiness Administration Risk Management Finance Economics Statistics Business Analytics or Management
3.0 GPA
0-2 years of professional work experience
What would be great to have:
Previousinternship experience.
Majors such as Business Administration Risk Management or related fields.
Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
Demonstrated ability to cultivate relationships and work collaboratively and cross-functionally with all levels of staff and leaders.
Experience working in a fast-paced environment with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.

Important info about this role:
This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experienceshelpyou with your overall onboarding experience and leads to stronger productivity.
You must currentlypossessvalid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization to be considered for this role. Individuals with temporary visas including but not limited to F-1 (OPT CPT STEM) H-1B H-2 or TN or any candidaterequiringsponsorship now or in the future will not be considered for this role.
This is a full-time direct-hire position and no contract options for unsolicited agency submissions will be considered.
