We have an exciting opportunity for anAdministratorto join our Birmingham service.

OurAdministratorteamhere atChange Grow LiveBirminghamplay an integral part in supporting the team in our mission proving administrative and clerical support to our teams enabling them to focus on delivering our services ensuring our service users receive the help and support they need to achieve their goals. Acting as our first point of contact our Admin team are the face of our service speaking with our service users face to face and via the telephone are non-judgemental empathetic and want to make a real difference to peoples lives.

Where: East Birmingham Team based at 111 Church Lane Stechford Birmingham B33 9EJ

Hours:Full time 37.5 hours per week

Salary: 25077.00 per annum (based on full time working hours pro rata if part time)

Contract Type: Permanent

Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles the salary and payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours.

Responsibilities

About the role:

  • Be the first point of contact within the service
  • Provide organisational administrative and clerical services to the team designed to contribute towards its aims andobjectives
  • Ensure that telephone calls and visits from service users outside agencies and CGL staff are dealt with promptly and courteously transferring calls toappropriate personnelwhen necessary
  • Complete effective processing of correspondence/data entry asrequired.
  • Minute take at partnership and clinical meetings asrequired
  • Collate monitor and report data/information and statistics asrequired
  • Carry out photocopying asrequired
  • Ensure that all admin record-keeping and communication within the project are maintained
  • Support team with incoming online and professional referrals

About you:

  • Knowledge of general office procedures
  • IT literacy includingproficiencyin word processing excel spreadsheets and other MS applications
  • Good interpersonal skills and a willingness to work flexibly as part of a team
  • The ability to respond toappropriate requestsforassistancemaintainingconfidentiality whenever necessary
  • Confident and effective communication skills both verbally and in writing and solid numeric skills
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Able to take responsibility for your own personal developmentidentifyingpersonal training needs andparticipatingin regular supervision and appraisal
  • Be flexible to work across operational sites asrequired
  • Minute taking experience would be an advantage
