We are currently seeking applications from suitably qualified candidates for the role of Casual Administration Assistant. This casual position does not have regular rostered days. Work is offered on an as needed basis to cover staff who are absent due to illness or planned leave. Flexibility is essential and applicants must be available to work on Fridays.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide highquality administration support across the College.
  • Deliver professional and welcoming customer service to students staff and families.
  • Respond to enquiries in person by phone and email.
  • Manage data entry filing and general office tasks.
  • Assist with the preparation of documents forms and correspondence.
  • Support the smooth running of daily operations within the administration team.
  • Demonstrate an understanding of the ethos and mission of a Catholic school.

Qualifications & Experience
  • Previous experience in an administration reception or customer service role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook) and confidence using digital systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to learn new software.
  • Experience working in a school environment is desirable but not essential.
  • A current Working with Children Check and National Police Check are required.
