We currently have over 300 consultants working with a variety of key clients from both the public and private sectors such as the Ministry of Justice Department for Education FCDOS UEFA International Olympic Committee and Mercedes Benz; with plans to increase our client base further in the near future.

The Role:
Were looking for a skilled Python Developer with strong application development experience and a solid interest or background in this role youll design build and maintain scalable applications while contributing to AI-driven features and solutions. Youll work closely with product data and engineering teams to turn ideas into reliable production-ready systems.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Design develop test and maintain Python-based applications
- Build and integrate backend services APIs and microservices
- Develop and deploy AI/ML-powered features and workflows
- Collaborate with data scientists to integrate models into production systems
- Optimise application performance scalability and reliability
- Write clean maintainable and well-documented code
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices
- Troubleshoot debug and resolve production issues
Skills & Experience:
- Strong proficiency in Python
- Proven experience in application development (web backend or enterprise applications)
- Experience working with frameworks such as Django Flask or FastAPI
- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and system integration
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and libraries (e.g. TensorFlow PyTorch scikit-learn or similar)
- Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases
- Understanding of software development best practices including version control (Git)
- Hands-on experience deploying AI/ML models into production (preferred)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS Azure or GCP)
- Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools (Docker Kubernetes)
- Experience with data pipelines model monitoring or MLOps practices
- Frontend exposure (React Vue or similar) is a plus
