Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end Talent Acquisition for a large Aviation & Hospitality Training organisation operating multiple centres

  • Drive bulk and lateral hiring for Sales Executives Admission Counsellors Centre Support Teams & In-house Trainers

  • Recruit trainers responsible for student grooming personality development communication skills customer service & employability readiness

  • Support hiring aligned to post-training placement preparedness (not airline crew recruitment)

  • Build talent pipelines through job portals referrals internal databases walk-ins centre hiring drives & vendors

  • Partner with Centre Heads Regional Heads & Business Leaders to meet batch-wise hiring plans

  • Manage recruitment MIS trackers dashboards & closure reports

  • Lead and mentor a team of 1015 recruiters delivering high-volume monthly hiring

  • Ensure hiring quality process discipline documentation & candidate experience

Candidate Profile

  • MBA HR

  • 1220 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment Leadership

  • Strong exposure to hiring Sales Counsellors Trainers & Centre Teams in Education Training Skill Development Aviation or Hospitality institutes

  • Proven experience in volume hiring team management & stakeholder coordination
