Graduate - High preference for B Tech Computer Science or
bachelor’s in computer applications
6 to 8 Yrs. of total experience with minimum 4 years of
experience in training domain
*Eloquence with prior experience into Client interaction is
mandatory

*Ok to work in 24/7 work environment Flexible to extend the
shift hours during Peak and Non-Peak season
*Proficient in English (Written and Verbal) skills
*Ability to multi-task and work autonomously within team

*Basic MS Office Understanding

Roles and Responsibilities:
Scheduling managing and delivering training sessions
*Conducting certifications
*Training content creation & E learning management
*Nesting Support & enhancement
*Managing training data/reporting and ensuring clear record for
audits
*BQ agent performance improvement through coaching &
feedback
*Identifying/creating new training initiatives to continuously
support capability building of employees
*Drive Change management and conduct process checks /
Observations to assess training implementation
*Support execution of TNI/TNA exercise per business needs
*Drive innovation & product/ process enhancement
*Drive refresher and policy updates plan based on production
needs
