This role reports to the Clinic Administrator and has no direct reports.
Responsibilities include:
Support reception operations: manage enquiries (phone emailin person) calendars and the waiting area
Maintain office suppliesequipmentand administrative systems (filing databases spreadsheets)
Providegeneral administrative advice and contribute to smooth daily clinic operations
Assistwith projectsdocumentationand process upkeep

This a full-time permanent role-Monday to Friday 9AMto 5PM -based full timeon to the nature of the role hours are not flexible and there is nooptionto work from home.
