The Sales Enablement Manager is responsible and accountable forstrategizingdevelopingimplementing and overseeing multiple cross-functionalprograms and initiatives that align with organizational objectives.This positionhas a primary goalof helping the sales team sell more effectively and efficientlyby updating toolsandcontentandbydeveloping training programs.
The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader who fosters a culture of Continuous Improvement and consistently drives measurable year-over-year performance gains. This leader will championcommercialexcellence ensuring that all key performance indicators exceed stakeholder expectations. Additionally this leader will be instrumental in shaping theorganizations strategic direction by developing and executing both short-and long-term plans that support sustainable profitable growth.
Key Responsibilities
Focus on boosting sales team performance byidentifyingand improving commercial processes.
Develop and execute sales enablement strategies aligning sales marketing and product teams to business goals.
Identifyknowledge gaps streamline processes and gather feedback from sales teams.
Use analytics to assess effectiveness and drive change(s).
Design and deliver comprehensive onboarding for new hires (includingManufacturer Representatives) to accelerate time toproductivity.
Understand multi-organizational stakeholders interests and communication requirements effectivelyaddressesexpectations and providetimelykey messages.
Required Skills/QUALIFICATIONS
5-7 years of relevant experience preferably in a salesor sales support role
BA/BS in BusinessMarketingor equivalent professional experience withdemonstratedresults.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a matrix environment managing resources and deliverables from MarketingProduct Management and Sales
Preferred Skills/Qualifications
Advanced degree (MS Engineering MBA)
Six Sigma Certification
PMP Certification
Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques
Excellent communication presentation and influencing skills to lead teams
Familiarity with CRM (Salesforce)
