Job Summary
Lakeshore Sport & Fitness Elite Sports Clubs Prairie Athletic Club and Union Padel Club are an alliance of family-friendly multi-sport recreation and fitness facilities and in our markets were the #1 destination for sport fitness and fun! Were seeking a strategic hands-on Chief Financial Officer to oversee the financial performance of eight all-inclusive health clubs across Illinois and Wisconsin. This role focuses on people leadership and business partnership leading a accounting team (both in person and remote) and working closely with club and executive leaders to support strong operations and exceptional member experiences. The ideal candidate brings experience in service-driven experience-based environments and a forward-thinking approach to data analytics and financial systems. Youll oversee budgeting forecasting cash flow reporting financial controls and capital planning while helping guide growth and long-term investment decisions.
