About The Role
AsPainter and Decoratora key member of our maintenance teamyoullcarry out a range of internal and external paintingdecoratingand finishing tasks across our properties including:
- Cyclicalplanned and reactive painting and decorating to a high standard.
- To examine andmaintainpainted exteriors and interior surfaces.
- Supporting inspections and reporting property condition.
- Contributing to service improvements andparticipatingin training.
This is a hands-on varied role where no two days are the same ideal for a motivatedPainter & Decoratorwho enjoys working independently but also as part of a supportive team.
About You
Youllbe an experienced Painter & Decorator with:
- NVQ Level 2 in Painting &Decorating (or equivalent experience)
- Experience of external and internal painting
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work independently
- A commitment to providing excellent customer service

We welcomepreviousexperience working as a MaintenanceOperative Handyperson Property Repairs Technician Construction Labourer or any similar role with transferable skills.
