Job Summary
What success looks like in this role:
Manage monitor and optimize Unisys ClearPath environments for our client. The ideal candidate has proven experience with ClearPath platforms and is skilled at delivering high-quality services while ensuring team development and customer satisfaction.
- Manage the delivery and implementation of services within planned timelines budget margins SLAs KPIs OKRs and quality specifications.
- Lead or support incident management and business process redesign initiatives.
- Provide mentoring feedback training and development opportunities to help team members reach their full potential.
- Use a collaborative work style that emphasizes teamwork and prioritizes client and organizational goals.
- Proactively monitor analyze and troubleshoot issues in Unisys ClearPath environments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
You will be successful in this role if you have:
Location: Based in Mexico City (CDMX) required to work in the client office 3 times a week (hybrid work model).
Language Proficiency: Fluency in Spanish and a High level of English required. The position will involve regular communication with specialists within our company and external vendors.
Studies: Related engineering degree completed.
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Unisys ClearPath platforms.
Knowledge of project management methodologies.
Experience leading teams and supporting professional development.
Strong English communication skills (highly desirable).
