Whatyoullbe doing
Join a collaborative team responsible for developing real estate strategies for CIBCs corporate this role you will leverage your analytical skills and digital expertise to build interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI Tableau and Alteryx to bring meaningful insights from data to support informed decisions and solve problems related to real estate strategies. Youll engage with team members and business partners contribute to enterprise real estate projects and receive guidance from leadership to support your professional growth.

- Programming and data analysis tools - You have experience and/or interest in data manipulation and cleansing to drive key insights develop projections and build visualizations that are clear and easy to interpret. Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI Tableau and Microsoft Excel is considered an asset.
- Analysis & Financial Acumen: You analyze information from multiple sources to assess our current environment and opportunities. Experience with financial analysis is considered an asset.
- Collaboration- Collaborating with internal risk partners to analyze key risks and mitigation strategies in existing and new credits.
- Time Management- Youll ensuretimelyproduction and distribution of performance reports and statements of net worth.
- Assistingthe team- Youll provide exceptional client service and perform general administrative and operational support.
- Building efficiencies -Youll drive continuous improvement of operational policies and procedures supporting various other activities.
Whoyouare
- You are pursuing a degree in a quantitative field (i.e. mathematics statistics computer science business) or equivalent experience.
- You can demonstrate knowledge and experience in data handling and manipulation. Proficiency in data extraction data cleaning transformation and analysis is highly valued.
- You have an interest in supporting strategies addressing problems and identifying opportunities from data and analytics perspective. You enjoy working with data and use analysis to facilitate discussion and problem solving.
- You are a team player. You work effectively in teams and collaborate with stakeholders across different departments.
- You have eyes for detail. Meticulousness in data handling and analysis is critical to ensure accuracy and reliability of results.
