Key Role Responsibilities
Responsible for the implementation and administration of insurance programs for new clients and managing the existing client portfolio;
Prepares and presents insurance offers and regular activity reports to clients;
Participates in negotiations monitors the issuance of contracts and insurance policies and follows up on their implementation;
Initiates and constantly participates in meetings with the companys existing clients as well as potential clients in order to identify insurance needs and develop the client portfolio;
Maintains relationships with Willis Towers Watsons clients/prospective clients and responds promptly to all their requests in accordance with internal policies and procedures;
Provides day-to-day support to customers employees to understand use H&B insurance as well as the claims and reimbursement process;
Prepares business correspondence and specific reports for clients and maintains working relationship with clients and insurance companies.
Responsibilities-
QualificationsRequirements:
10 years experience in corporate life/health insurance insurance;
University degree;
Consultative attitude and experience in providing solutions based on customer needs;
Experience working with corporate clients;
Very good communication skills in Romanian and English (spoken written read);
Negotiation and presentation skills;
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously;
Ability to work in a team.
