Job Summary

Senior Consultant:
Your Impact

Support and co-lead multi-disciplinary teams (developers consultants architects) in delivering automation and AI solutions.
Act as a day-to-day client contact supporting senior team members in managing relationships and ensuring high-quality delivery.
Contribute to solution design architecture concepts and delivery roadmaps across automation and AI initiatives.
Support the development and refinement of delivery frameworks governance models and playbooks.
Contribute to business development and pre-sales activities including proposal development and client workshops particularly in sectors such as insurance financial services and manufacturing.
Stay up to date with emerging AI capabilities (e.g. Agentic AI RAG ML) and support their integration into client solutions.

You are good at:

Supporting the design of digital and AI solutions that improve business performance reduce costs and enhance user value.
Conducting qualitative and quantitative analysis to identify pain points opportunities and potential AI use cases.
Building data-driven analyses business cases and RFP inputs under guidance from senior team members.
Communicating clearly and confidently with clients and internal stakeholders.
Working collaboratively in team-based fast-paced consulting environments.
Applying agile ways of working in project delivery.
Bringing a curious flexible and hands-on mindset.
Navigating ambiguity with structured problem-solving support.

What Youll Bring

2 years of consulting experience (strategy digital or technology consulting preferred)
Bachelors degree required (advanced degree is a plus)
Exposure to AI data automation or digital transformation projects (hands-on experience preferred)
Fluency in German and English (must have)
Strong analytical skills and business problem-solving capabilities
Solid written and verbal communication skills
Strong interest in AI innovation and delivering tangible business impact
Willingness to travel as required by clients.
