- Delivering highquality analysis on cost behaviour key value drivers margins and commercial trends to inform performance.
- Leading budgeting forecasting and reporting with clear compelling commentary that influences business leaders.
- Identifying financial risks and opportunities and guiding actions that enhance performance and resilience.
- Supporting business cases and commercial initiatives with robust modelling scenario analysis and evaluation.
- Building strong relationships across Finance and the business uplifting financial capability enhancing processes and championing governance.
About You
You bring technical strength commercial acumen and the ability to connect with stakeholders at all levels. You enjoy translating complex financial data into insights that shape business direction and drive performance.
Qualifications & Experience
- Tertiary qualification in Accounting Finance or a related discipline with CPA/CA accreditation.
- Minimum 5 years experience in FP&A management accounting or a similar commercial finance role within a dynamic forprofit environment.
- Strong analytical and commercial capability including budgeting forecasting variance analysis and the ability to identify risks opportunities and key performance drivers.
- High technical proficiency across Excel PowerPoint Power BI and experience with ERP systems such as Oracle EPM or SAP.
- Excellent communication and stakeholderengagement skills with the ability to build relationships influence outcomes and uplift financial literacy across the business.
Desirable:
- Experience within the energy sector including an understanding of regulatory frameworks and commercial dynamics.
- Strong understanding of capital project accounting WIP and fixedasset processes
