Join our team as the Finance Compliance Manager where youll play a critical role in ensuring our financial operations meet all regulatory contractual and internal policy this key position you will oversee compliance activities across insurance internal audit coordination payroll tax reporting and annual regulatory submissions-including ACO reporting. Youll manage a robust compliance calendar lead audit documentation workflows administer finance-related SharePoint sites support DAC reporting and drive special projects in partnership with the Controller. This role is ideal for a detailoriented professional who thrives in a highly collaborative compliance-focused environment and enjoys building strong efficient processes.

What you need:

  • Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance Business Administration or a related field required.
  • 3-5 years of experience in accounting finance audit or compliance.
  • Experience with payroll tax insurance compliance and financial reporting is strongly preferred.
