Job Summary
Performs technical administrative and supervisory work involving the maintenance operations of a treatment plant. Responsible for the installation maintenance and repair of all electrical electronic and mechanical machinery and equipment. Responsible for the procurement and inventory control of all supplies materials and equipment in addition to the cleanliness and upkeep of all buildings fences and grounds. Work is performed under the supervision of the Treatment Plant Manager. Performance is reviewed from an overall standpoint through conferences evaluations of reports submitted and results obtained.
Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma/G.E.D. Certificate and Four (4) or more years of documented experience in the installation maintenance and repair of electrical and mechanical equipment preferably in the area of pumps engines electric switch gear and electric motors two (2) years of which must have been in a supervisory capacity; or an equivalent combination of education training and experience . Class B CDL desired. Valid Florida Drivers License and home phone or cell phone required.
