Associate Attorney Insurance Defense / Liability (Dallas TX)
Dallas law firm clients are consistently hiring Insurance Defense and Liability Associates to support growing caseloads.
Role Overview
Manage cases involving general liability premises liability auto and related matters
Draft pleadings motions and discovery responses
Take and defend depositions as experience allows
Communicate with clients carriers and opposing counsel
Qualifications
16 years of insurance defense or litigation experience
Texas bar admission required
Ability to manage multiple matters efficiently
Strong communication and organizational skills
