Are you a seasoned Acute Care professional seeking a career-defining role within the ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) sector We are recruiting a VIP Yacht Nurse to provide dedicated 1:1 clinical management for an 80-year-old VIP. This position offers the rare chance to apply critical care skills in a bespoke private setting while cruising the most exclusive waters of the Mediterranean.

The Mission

Your primary responsibility is the continuous medical monitoring and total advocacy of a single VIP patient. As the vessel navigates a premier summer itineraryincluding St. Tropez Sardinia and the Aegean Seayou will ensure the highest standard of clinical excellence is maintained whether docked in Monaco or cruising the coastline of Mallorca.

The Medical Team

You will operate within a sophisticated multi-disciplinary medical ecosystem designed for 24/7 care:

• Lead British Doctor: Providing direct clinical governance and medical strategy.
  

• Specialist Physiotherapists: Working on-site to optimize the patients physical health and mobility.
  

• Expert Nursing Team: A collaborative group of Western-trained peers dedicated to a seamless standard of care.
  

The Safety Protocol

To maintain peak vigilance and ensure staff longevity the medical department utilizes a strict Double-Nurse Shift System. This ensures you always have immediate professional support for clinical tasks and guarantees structured rest periods ensuring you remain at your clinical best.

Requirements

Candidate Requirements

• Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from a Western-standard university.
  

• Experience: Minimum of 4 years in Acute Care (ICU ER or A&E) is essential.
  

• Language: Native-level or C1 English proficiency.
  

• Attributes: Absolute discretion clinical autonomy and a professional presence suited to the ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) sector.
