Job Summary
TPF Recruitment have been exclusively instructed by a well-established award-winning Accountancy Practice in Hertfordshire who are in search of a qualified Semi-senior or Senior Accountant to join their accounts team. You will be given fantastic exposure an amazing working environment. excellent opportunity to progress in your career.
- Preparing statutory accounts for limited companies sole traders and partnerships.
- Preparing monthly or quarterly management accounts.
- Preparing VAT returns
- Reviewing and completing more complex Bookkeeping on behalf of clients.
- Supervising and reviewing the work of junior team members.
- Completing basic corporation tax and self assessment tax returns.
Requirements
- The ideal candidate for this Accounts Senior opportunity will have relevant previous experience in a practice and will be working towards or have completed their ACA/ACCA qualification or be equivalently experienced.
- Strong experience within an accountancy practice carrying out bookkeeping accounts preparation VAT and tax preparation.
- 2 years practical experience within an accountancy practice environment.
- Prior experience of cloud accounting software such as QuickBooks Sage or Xero.
