The Role
As a Cloud & Network Engineer you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability security and scalability of cloud and hybrid infrastructures. You will play a key role in Azure migration projects cloud operations network management and infrastructure automation working closely with IT InfoSec and development teams.
Requisitos
Main Responsibilities
Lead and execute Azure migration projects (compute networking storage hybrid connectivity).
Act as Cloud Subject Matter Expert for your region/time zone supporting local IT teams and production issues.
Configure manage and monitor firewalls VPN gateways security policies and inter-site connectivity.
Administer Windows and Linux servers (installation maintenance updates).
Implement and maintain monitoring logging and alerting tools including documentation and tuning.
Ensure compliance with governance security and backup policies.
Develop automation and self-service solutions using CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code.
Contribute to the standardization of monitoring logging and alerting frameworks.
Support knowledge sharing and participate in global training initiatives.
Required Skills & Experience
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science IT or similar.
7 years of experience in IT automation with at least 5 years in Cloud / DevOps / Platform Engineering.
Strong experience with Microsoft Azure (IAM VMs VNets NSG Firewalls Storage Accounts Key Vault SQL ADF Databricks).
Solid background in networking firewalls VPNs monitoring and logging tools.
Experience with Active Directory / Microsoft Entra and IAM best practices.
Knowledge of ITIL processes (Incident & Change Management).
Experience with Windows Linux containers Kubernetes and AKS.
Strong understanding of Infrastructure as Code and CI/CD tools.
Scripting skills in Python Bash or PowerShell.
Good understanding of cloud security and compliance.
Fluent English (C1/C2).
