Job Summary
Certified Medical Coder (CPC)
- Location: Infopark Kakkanad Kerala
- Employment Type: Full-Time
- Shift: Night Shift (6:00 PM 3:00 AM)
- Work Schedule: 5 Days a Week (Saturday & Sunday Off)
- Salary: 3 LPA 4 LPA (Based on certification and interview performance)
- Number of Openings: 11
Key Responsibilities
- Review and analyze medical records physician notes and clinical documentation
- Assign accurate ICD-10-CM CPT and HCPCS codes as per guidelines
- Ensure compliance with coding standards payer policies and healthcare regulations
- Maintain high accuracy and productivity standards
- Identify documentation gaps and flag discrepancies when required
- Stay updated with coding guideline changes and compliance requirements
- Work collaboratively with quality audit and operations teams
Skills & Competencies
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to work with coding tools/software
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to meet productivity and quality benchmarks
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced healthcare environment
Requirements
- CPC Certification is Mandatory.
- Experience: Fresher / Entry-Level candidates are welcome
- Graduation in any discipline (Life Science background preferred but not mandatory)
- Good understanding of medical terminology anatomy and coding guidelines
- Willingness to work in a fixed night shift (6 PM 3 AM)
