Are you a highly skilled Acute Care professional based in one of Europes maritime capitals ready to transition into the exclusive world of ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) private medicine We are recruiting a VIP Yacht Nurse to provide dedicated 1:1 clinical management for an 80-year-old VIP. This position allows you to apply your critical care expertise in a bespoke private setting while navigating the Mediterraneans most celebrated coastlines.

The Mission

Your primary focus is the continuous health monitoring and total advocacy of a single VIP patient. As the vessel navigates a premier summer itineraryincluding Menorca Saint-Tropez and the Italian Rivierayou will ensure that hospital-grade clinical standards are maintained whether at anchor in Monaco or cruising the vibrant waters of Ibiza.

The Medical Team

You will operate within a sophisticated multi-disciplinary medical unit designed for 24/7 care:

• Lead British Doctor: Providing direct clinical governance and medical strategy.
  

• Specialist Physiotherapists: Working on-site to optimize the patients physical health and mobility.
  

• Expert Nursing Team: A collaborative group of Western-trained peers dedicated to a seamless standard of care.
  

The Safety Protocol

To maintain peak vigilance and ensure staff longevity the medical department utilizes a strict Double-Nurse Shift System. This ensures you always have immediate professional support for clinical tasks and guarantees structured rest periods ensuring you remain at your clinical best.

Requirements

Candidate Requirements

• Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from a Western-standard university.
  

• Experience: Minimum of 4 years in Acute Care (ICU ER or A&E) is essential.
  

• Language: Native-level or C1 English proficiency (Spanish is advantageous but not mandatory).
  

• Attributes: Absolute discretion clinical autonomy and a professional presence suited to the ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) sector.
