General Requirements: Available for a Full-Time position and eligible to work in Australia
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role in an Enterprise environment
Familiar with and capable of supporting both Windows and Mac OS
A passion for IT and providing excellent customer service
Good written and oral communications skills with clients and management
Excellent troubleshooting skills and a willingness to resolve issues
Ability to work to deadlines and complete tasks on time
Team player but also able to work well autonomously
Ability to lift / move computer equipment weighing up to 20kg
Technical Skills (Required):
Knowledge experience and competency with:
Diagnosing troubleshooting and resolving hardware software & operating system issues (including Windows 10 & 11 Mac OS MS Office 365 and associated applications)
Installation of computer hardware and peripherals
Active Directory Users and Computers
Software and OS deployment using SCCM or other deployment technologies
Mobile Devices
iPhone and tablet support
Mobile Device Management (MDM) 1st Level Support
Networking
Network Troubleshooting
AP installation
Ethernet troubleshooting (work in tandem with Global Support team)
Cisco Switches rack and stack (work in tandem with Global Support team)
Basic Cisco Configuration (work in tandem with Global)
Networking Trouble shootingDesktop support Hardware replacement Networking Smart hand support etc
