Job Overview The Maintenance Supervisor is a hands-on role responsible for coordinating daily maintenance activities supporting equipment reliability and guiding technicians through safe effective work practices. This position balances hands-on maintenance with team oversight troubleshooting and collaboration with Production leadership.
What Youll Do
Lead and support maintenance technicians on shift
Assign and prioritize work orders to support production
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical electrical pneumatic and hydraulic systems
Perform and lead preventative maintenance to reduce downtime
Communicate equipment status and priorities with Production leadership
Support equipment startups changeovers and installations
Enforce safety procedures including LOTO and promote a strong safety culture
Proven ability to troubleshoot industrial manufacturing equipment
Ability to read schematics and maintenance documentation
Experience with hand tools power tools and diagnostic equipment
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication teamwork and leadership skills
Preferred
Experience as a Maintenance Lead Senior Technician or similar role
Manufacturing or industrial maintenance background
Preventative maintenance program experience
Trade school technical certifications or military maintenance experience
