Bench Joiner
Wellingborough
Monday to Friday 7:30am 3:30pm
13.45 per hour (DOE)
Temporary to Permanent
We have a great opportunity for an experienced Bench Joiner to join an established company based in Wellingborough. This is an excellent role for someone looking to expand their skill set as no two days are the same and you will be working on a variety of new bespoke projects.
You will be working closely alongside one other skilled bench joiner producing high-quality custom-made pieces using traditional joinery techniques.
Duties:
- Using hand tools to create bespoke joinery pieces
- Working from drawings and specifications
- Producing high-quality finished products
- Assisting with a range of bespoke projects
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Collaborating closely with another bench joiner in the workshop
Requirements
- Previous carpentry or bench joinery experience is essential
- Confident using hand tools
- Good attention to detail and workmanship
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
- Reliable punctual and eager to learn
