We are working with a nationalfmcontractor who are reputable fast growing and aforward thinkingbusiness. They have a fantastic company culture are always looking to improve and develop and have big ambitions to continue expanding with the right team on board.

Due to expansion they are looking to recruit a Multi Skilled Joiner to join the team:

This role requires a flexible person happy to cover reactive project works across multiple contracts carry out all round building maintenance and happy with travel within a 2-hour radius of their postcode - travel further afield would ideally be an overnight stay.

The Role:

• Project and reactive works such as ground repairs wall repairs fencing repairs roofing general fabric repairs all to an agreed quantified scope.
• Undertake a more enhanced skillset of planned and reactive maintenance works in accordance with contractual KPIs.
• Ensure works completed within agreed scope are of a high standard.
• Scope further works and report back to ops manager.
• Drive efficiency through first time fix repair
• Order materials and manage budget spends.
• Maintain accurate time sheets and mileage logs as required.
• Ensure compliance with relevant health and safety regulations HSE management systems procedures or instructions as they apply and to ensure that all direct reports are adequately trained and follow safe systems of work;
• Attend training courses as and where necessary to ensure personal job skills keep pace with technical developments.

The Person:

• Experienced Joiner NVQ 2/3 or City & Guilds / time served
• Experience in commercial works plumbing painting groundworks roofing etc
• CSCS Skill card (Joiner);
• SPA IPAF & PASMA
• Able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing;
• Ability to manage and prioritise a demanding and varying workload;
• Prepared to work away from home when required
• Full/clean driving licence.

The Package:

• Starting salary of 38000
• No Callout
• Company vehicle

• Monday - Friday 40 hrs
